B S Saxena, born on 15 July 1940, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, and Deputy Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Women and Child Development Department, from 15 January 2000 to 31 July 2000. Throughout his career, Saxena contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh before retiring from service.
