B P Mishra, born on 20 September 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Registrar in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from 1 June 2002 to 30 September 2004. A graduate by education, Mishra contributed to the administration of Uttar Pradesh throughout his career before retiring from service.
