B P Meena, born on 24 August 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1975 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Hindi and a postgraduate degree in Geography. Throughout his career, Meena served in various capacities including Commissioner, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Senior Regional Manager, Director, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Controller, Assistant Collector, and Officer on Special Duty to the Minister. His most recent position was Commissioner at Gujarat from 1 August 1998 to 31 January 1999. He was associated with the Department of Rural Development during his service.
