B.P. Chauhan, born on 20 July 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2009 batch from the Gujarat cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is proficient in Gujarati and Hindi. Currently, he serves as a Member of the Fourth State Finance Commission at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, a position he assumed on 4 February 2025. Previously, he held the post of Additional Secretary to the Government. Chauhan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administrative framework of Gujarat.
