B N Tiwari, born on January 25, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He held multiple positions during his career, including Junior Scale, Deputy Secretary, Joint Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent role was District Magistrate at Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, serving from July 1, 1991, to January 31, 1996. Mr. Tiwari holds postgraduate qualifications in Sanskrit, along with graduate degrees in English and Law.
