B N Singh, born on July 1, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, Singh served in various capacities including Additional Collector, Managing Director, Additional Commissioner, OSD to Minister, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Joint Registrar. His most recent position was Additional Managing Director in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department of Madhya Pradesh from July 1, 1991, to June 1, 1995. Singh's service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
