B Kripanandam, born on April 18, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc., P.G., and Ph.D. in Zoology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Managing Director, Commissioner & Director, Joint Secretary, Special Officer, Deputy Secretary, Joint Collector, Executive Director, District Revenue Officer, Manager, Land Reforms Officer, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate. His most recent position was Secretary in the Industries and Commerce Department from June 9, 2004, to April 30, 2006.
