B Kartikey Dhanji, born on June 1, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Physics and an M.A. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Bihar's Minor Water Resources Department since September 10, 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Collector, Secretary, Inspector General, Excise Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, PS to Minister of State, District Magistrate, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, and State Project Director. Fluent in English and Gujarati, Mr. Dhanji continues to contribute to the administration of Bihar.
