B Kamal Kumar Pargi, born on November 10, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in English Literature. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Project Officer, Under Secretary, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Additional Commissioner, Editor, and Commissioner. His most recent position was Commissioner of the Shore Area Development Authority (SADA) from December 18, 2008, to November 30, 2012. Mr. Pargi’s extensive service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Andhra Pradesh government.
