B K Pandya, born on 29 October 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Botany from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. Currently, he serves as the Commissioner of Land Reforms and Ex-officio Secretary to Government at Gandhinagar since 4 February 2025. His previous roles include District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Commercial Tax Commissioner, and Managing Director. He has received awards such as the Sixth Integrated Rating for State Power Distribution Utilities, the CBIP Award for Best Performing Power Distribution Utility, and recognition for Innovation in Techno Commercials for the Smart Village Pilot Project. He is proficient in Gujarati.
