B K Agarwal, born on 23 August 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1967 Maharashtra cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Economics. Over his career, Agarwal served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Commissioner, Managing Director, Secretary, and CEO. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the General Administration Department of Maharashtra. Throughout his tenure, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the state government before retiring from service.
