Over his career, Agarwal served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Commissioner, Managing Director, Secretary, and CEO. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the General Administration Department of Maharashtra.
