B. Jothi Nirmalasamy, born on 30 May 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds an M.A. and an M.B.A. Currently serving as Secretary at Chennai in the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department since 7 June 2021, she has previously held positions including Secretary to Government, Secretary, and Deputy Commissioner. She continues to serve in the IAS with a focus on administrative responsibilities within her cadre.
