B H Talati, born on 23 April 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch from the Gujarat cadre. He holds a B.Tech and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Baroda, Gujarat, and an M.B.A. in Public Policy & Management. Currently, he serves as Director in the Technical Education Department since 10 March 2025. His previous roles include Joint Secretary to Government, Deputy Controller, and Special Director. Talati is proficient in Gujarati and continues to be in service within the IAS.
