B B Sharma, born on 15 August 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1966 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, Sharma served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, SDO, CEO, District Collector, Managing Director, Joint Commissioner, Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Commissioner, Vice Chairman & MD, Chairman & MD, Additional Secretary, and Additional Chief Secretary in the Revenue Department of Maharashtra. His most recent designation was Additional Chief Secretary at Maharashtra. Sharma’s extensive service reflects a broad administrative experience within the state government.
