Azharuddin Zahiruddin Quazi, born on May 2, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch from the AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.Com. in Accountancy from Amravati University and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he is at the disposal of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) since February 16, 2026. His previous roles include Secretary of Port Blair Municipal Corporation, Officer on Special Duty (Social Media), Joint Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Additional District Magistrate. He is proficient in Hindi.
