Azar Zia, born on 13 May 1987, is a 2018 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from Kolkata University College and an MBA in Marketing from Delhi University’s Faculty of Management Studies. Currently, he serves as the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) at Jalpaiguri. His previous roles include Joint Secretary and Additional District Magistrate. Azar Zia continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
