Avny Lavasa, born on April 30, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, assigned to the AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in Economics and a Diploma in Management. Currently, she serves as the Secretary at the Transport Department in Jammu and Kashmir, a position she has held since August 5, 2025. Ms. Lavasa continues to contribute to public administration through her role in the government.
