Avneet Punia, born on October 31, 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics and an M.A. in Geography from the University of Delhi, along with an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
