Avishyant Panda, born on January 7, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, serving in the Maharashtra cadre. He is currently the Commissioner (Textile) at Nagpur, a position he assumed on August 2, 2024. Prior to this, he held the role of Assistant Collector. Mr. Panda continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administrative framework of Maharashtra.
