Avinash Lavania, born on 25 October 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.Tech. in Information Technology (Dual Degree) and a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi. Currently, he serves as Director at the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, New Delhi, since 17 November 2025.
