Avinash Kumar, born on 14 September 1998, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2023 batch, assigned to the Odisha cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Collector at Berhampur, Ganjam, Odisha, a position he has held since 24 July 2025. Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Magistrate and Assistant Collector. Avinash Kumar is proficient in Odia and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
