Avinash K. Dhakane, born on 15 July 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. and an M.B.A. Currently, he serves as the Additional Municipal Commissioner at the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) since 4 December 2025. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Managing Director and Member Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
