Avdhesh Kumar Singh, born on December 1, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in the IAS until his retirement, with his most recent designation being Deputy Secretary from January 1, 2005, to January 31, 2011. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative functions within his cadre.
