Avadh Singhal, born on 23 July 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2020 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, he serves as Under Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department of West Bengal, a position he has held since 27 October 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Sub Divisional Officer. Avadh is proficient in Hindi and Bengali. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
