Atul Sagar, born on 24 March 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch, assigned to the Kerala cadre. He holds an M.A. in Microeconomics from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a B.A. Honours degree. Currently, he serves as the Sub-Collector at Mananthavady, Kerala, a position he has held since 30 July 2025. Prior to this, he has also served as a Sub Collector. He continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
