Atul Kumar Gupta, born on 17 October 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Department of Irrigation and Water Resources. Throughout his career, he held multiple positions as Additional Secretary and also served as Managing Director. His most recent role was Additional Secretary from 14 January 2019 to 12 September 2019.
