Atul Kumar Gupta, born on June 30, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Rajasthan cadre. A graduate in Mathematics, he served in various capacities including Director, Deputy Secretary, Managing Director, District Collector and District Magistrate, Chief Executive, Secretary, Additional Collector, Additional Collector (Development), and Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent position was Commissioner at Jaipur, Rajasthan, from October 28 to November 12, 2000. Throughout his career, Gupta held multiple leadership roles within the state administration, contributing to the governance and development of Rajasthan.
