Atul C Sikdar, born on 14 August 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities including Executive Magistrate, Additional Executive Officer, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Personnel and Administrative Reforms Department from 10 February 2003 to 31 August 2004. Throughout his career, Sikdar contributed to administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
