Atanu Kumar Ray, born on 27 February 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry. Currently, he is the Senior Special Secretary in the Fisheries Department, a position he has held since 1 January 2024. Mr. Ray continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of West Bengal.
