Asvini Kumar Yadav, born on 15 June 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2001 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.D. Currently, he serves as Additional Director at the Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute (NSATI), West Bengal, since 28 January 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Managing Director, Commissioner, Director, Registrar, District Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Additional Executive Officer, and Joint Municipal Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
