Asvini Kumar Yadav, born on 15 June 1971, is a 2001 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the West Bengal cadre. He holds an M.B.B.S. and an M.D. Currently, he serves as the Additional Director at the Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute (NSATI), West Bengal, a position he has held since 28 January 2026. Previously, he has served as Commissioner. Mr. Yadav is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
