Asutosh Mishra, born on March 10, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Physics and Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Secretary, Commissioner, and Vice Chairman & Managing Director. His most recent position was Special Chief Secretary in the Land Administration department from January 9, 2013, to March 31, 2013. Mishra’s extensive administrative experience spans roles such as Principal Secretary, Executive Director, and Sub Collector, contributing to diverse facets of governance in Andhra Pradesh.
