Astik Kumar Pandey, born on February 7, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.A. in Defence Studies and an M.A. from the University of Allahabad. Currently serving as Joint Commissioner at the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority since April 17, 2025, Pandey has held various positions including District Collector, Municipal Commissioner, CEO, Assistant Collector, ADM, and Commissioner. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, he continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Maharashtra.
