Asoke Mohan Chattopadhyay, born on December 4, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Director, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Additional District Magistrate, and Under Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Science and Technology Department from June 29, 2010, to December 31, 2010. Mr. Chattopadhyay holds a graduate degree and has contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal during his tenure.
