Asim Kumar Roy Chowdhury, born on 19 December 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.A. in Art. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional District Magistrate, Managing Director, Joint Secretary, Director, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Director in the Employment Department from 24 May 2012 to 31 December 2012.
