Ashwini Kumar Pandey, born on 23 November 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology. Currently, he is the District Magistrate of Shravasti, Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 28 October 2025. Previously, he served as Assistant Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Ayodhya Development Authority. Ashwini Kumar Pandey continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
