Ashwini Bhagat, born on February 2, 1968, is a 1995 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.Com. degree and is a Certified Management Accountant (C.M.A.). Currently serving as the Additional Chief Secretary at Jaipur since February 6, 2025, he is part of the Minority Affairs and Waqf Department, Rajasthan. Throughout his career, Bhagat has held various positions including Chairman, Principal Secretary to Government, Secretary to Government, Chief Electoral Officer, Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Executive Director, Additional Collector, Additional Commissioner, and S.D.O. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
