Ashwin Ashok Mudgal, born on 15 July 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2007 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Com. degree from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Currently serving as Additional Commissioner at the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority since January 2023, Mudgal has held various key positions including Chairman, Joint Managing Director, Additional Divisional Commissioner, Collector & District Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner, Chief Executive Officer, Assistant Collector, Supernumerary Assistant Collector, Divisional Commissioner, and Additional Metropolitan Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi and continues to serve in the Maharashtra cadre.
