Ashwani Kumar Sharma, born on 15 July 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a Ph.D. in Biotechnology, a Master's degree in Public Policy, and a B.Sc. in Forestry. Currently, he is the Special Secretary in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since 27 October 2020. Mr. Sharma continues to serve in this capacity, contributing to the state's administrative functions.
