Ashutosh Kumar Dwivedi, born on 28 October 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently the District Magistrate and Collector of Farukkhabad, a position he assumed on 18 January 2025. Prior to this, he held the role of Registrar. Mr. Dwivedi continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
