Ashutosh Gupta, born on 19 July 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Rajasthan cadre. He holds postgraduate qualifications in Hindi, a graduate degree, and an LL.B. in Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Special Secretary, Director, Additional Commissioner, Managing Director, and Member. His most recent position was Secretary in the Department of Information and Public Relations, Rajasthan, from 26 April 2007 to 31 July 2007. Mr. Gupta’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple leadership roles within the Rajasthan state government.
