Ashutosh Garg, born on 12 May 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, Rajasthan. Currently, he serves as the Private Secretary to the Union Health Minister in New Delhi, a position he assumed on 7 November 2024, within the Department of Health and Family Welfare. Previously, he held the post of Assistant Commissioner (UT). He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
