Ashutosh Dwivedi, born on 23 August 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. Currently, he is the Collector & District Magistrate at Katihar, Bihar, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. Previously, he served as Joint Secretary. He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
