Currently, he is the Collector & District Magistrate at Katihar, Bihar, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. Previously, he served as Joint Secretary. He is a recipient of the LBSNAA award and is proficient in Hindi. Ashutosh Dwivedi continues to serve in the IAS with dedication.
