Ashutosh Dwivedi, born on 23 August 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. Currently, he serves as the Collector & District Magistrate at Katihar, Bihar, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. His previous roles include Joint Secretary. He has received recognition from LBSNAA. Ashutosh is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
