Ashutosh Bhargava, born on January 13, 1957, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a graduate degree and a postgraduate qualification in Physics, along with a Certificate in Energy Studies. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and District Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Special Secretary, Director, and Commissioner at Jaipur, Rajasthan from September 29, 2012. His service extended to the Departmental Enquiries Department. Bhargava's extensive administrative experience spans multiple roles within the Rajasthan government until his retirement.
