Ashutosh Agnihotri, born on March 11, 1974, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 batch, Assam Meghalaya cadre. Currently serving as Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) in New Delhi since December 31, 2025, he has previously held the position of Chairman & Managing Director. Mr. Agnihotri holds a B.Sc., an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics, and an M.A. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
