Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Commissioner, Chief Officer, Controller, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, CEO, and Assistant Collector. His most recent designation was Under Suspension. Lal’s extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the Maharashtra cadre, reflecting a long tenure in public service.
