Ashok Kumar Singh, born on 25 August 1969, is a 1999 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree and a postgraduate diploma. Currently serving as Director General at the Employee's State Insurance Corporation, New Delhi since 19 August 2024, Singh has held various key positions including Principal Secretary, Executive Director, Joint Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Managing Director, Additional Secretary, District Collector, and District Magistrate. His extensive administrative experience spans roles such as Deputy Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Sub-Divisional Officer. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Singh continues to serve in the IAS.
