Ashok Kumar Kaluaram Meena, born on 29 September 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1993 batch, Odisha cadre. Currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation under the Ministry of Jal Shakti, New Delhi since 2 July 2025. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, an M.A. in Economics from Annamalai University, and a Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights. His extensive career includes roles such as Principal Secretary, Special Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Joint Secretary, Director (Vigilance), Managing Director, District Collector and Magistrate, among others. He is proficient in English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Oriya
