Ashok Kumar I V, born on 25 October 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and a graduate degree in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Joint Secretary, Chief Development Officer, Project Director, and Executive Magistrate. His most recent position was Joint Managing Director in the IT and Communication Department from 1 August 1996 to 27 June 1997. Ashok Kumar I V has contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh during his tenure in the IAS.
