Ashok Kumar, born on October 2, 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Department of SAD & GAD and held the position of Additional Secretary from March 3, 2014, to October 31, 2020. Throughout his career in the IAS, he contributed to the administrative framework of Uttarakhand until his retirement.
