Ashok Khemka, born on April 30, 1965, is a 1991 batch IAS officer of the Haryana cadre. He holds a B.Tech. and LL.B. from Punjab University, Chandigarh, and an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Currently serving as Additional Chief Secretary at Haryana's Transport Department since December 1, 2024, Khemka has held numerous positions including Additional Deputy Commissioner, Principal Secretary to Government, Secretary, Director General, Managing Director, and Deputy Commissioner. He has been awarded the Manjunath Shanmugam Trust Commendation. Proficient in English and Hindi, Ashok Khemka continues his service in the Indian Administrative Service.
